Having started my career within recruitment, I then went on to discover the lifecycle of the career experience. It is not just about attraction strategies, and finding the right company and role, it is then what experience you have once you are working for the company. The development of the individual, the training, the culture, and job satisfaction
Having worked for over 8 years with Michael Page, I moved to LHH Penna to understand HR Consultancy, and spent over 10 years within this sphere, delivering outplacement advice, and understanding what the right role for the candidate means on a human level.
I then moved back to recruitment, taking all these experiences with me, and having a broader understanding of what it is like to look for a role, and how this makes a person feel.
I have experienced many things within my work career that many individuals experience, including redundancy, job loss and looking for a new role.
I think our industry forgets the human experience of this journey, and I what EMS Resourcing wants to achieve is to bring the knowledge of this into helping a person find a new role.
Equally, I am keen to develop these relationships with clients and to truly partner with their company and their needs.
I look to make the journey fun, and just to have a conversation. I am not salesy. I do not believe that opportunities come along without trust and honesty.
